What are our characteristics？

  1. Water absorption: The microfiber adopts orange petal technology to divide the filament into eight petals, which increases the surface area of the fiber and the pore space in the fabric, and enhances the water absorption effect with the capillary core absorption effect. Fast water absorption and fast drying become its remarkable characteristics.
  2. Strong decontamination power: 0.4μm diameter microfiber fineness is only 1/10 of silk, its special cross-section can more effectively capture small to a few microns of dust particles, decontamination, oil removal effect is very obvious.
  3. No shedding: High-intensity synthetic filament, not easy to break, while the use of fine weaving method, no draw, no loop, the fiber is not easy to fall off from the surface of the towel. It is especially suitable for wiping bright paint surface, plating surface, glass, instrument and LCD screen, etc. It can achieve very ideal film effect when doing cleaning treatment on glass in the process of film application.
  4. Long life: Because of the strength of the microfiber, toughness, so its service life is more than four times the life of ordinary towels, many times after washing is still unchanged, at the same time, polymer fibers will not produce protein hydrolysis like cotton fibers, even after use without drying, will not mold, rot, with a long life.

Easy to clean: ordinary towel use, especially natural fiber towel, the wiped surface of the dust, grease, dirt, etc. directly absorbed into the fiber inside, residue in the fiber after use, not easy to remove, with a longer period of time will even harden and lose elasticity, affecting the use. The microfiber towel is the dirt adsorption between the fibers (rather than fiber internal), coupled with the high fiber, high density, so strong adsorption capacity, after use only need to use water or a little detergent cleaning.

No color loss: The dyeing process adopts TF-215 and other dyeing agents for microfiber materials, and its slow dyeing, dye shifting, high temperature dispersion, and color elimination indexes all meet the strict standards of the export international market, especially its advantage of no color loss, so that it will not bring the trouble of decolorization and pollution at all when cleaning the surface of goods.
